Guy-Hubert Bourgeois, Chief Executive Officer
47 years old and an EPSI graduate, Guy-Hubert Bourgeois is a natural born entrepreneur. He began his career at an IT services company in 1987 as a Sales Engineer and was appointed General Director five years later. In 1995, he founded the IT consultancy Devoteam. The company was listed on the stock market in October 1999, and at the same time Mr. Bourgeois received the Young IT and Telecoms Director prize, crowning his managerial qualities. Determined to create an independent management consulting firm, he returned to his entrepreneurial adventure in September 2000 bringing together a team of professionals for the creation of Beijaflore. Today he manages a business with over 850 employees in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Morocco.


François Destanque, Managing Director
51 years old and a graduate of Centrale Lyon, François Destanque is an experienced manager and expert in high growth high-tech companies. Working for IBM, Oracle then running the start-up Dataverse, he has specialised in key sales accounts and business development. He confirmed his passion for challenge when he joined Beijaflore as Managing Director, at the company’s beginnings. François Destanque is more specifically responsible for operations and the sales strategy and management.
