Beijaflore is a management consulting firm created in 2000 that today employs more than 1000 persons across Paris, Brussels, Sao Paulo and New York. Our mission is to support our customers with their digital transformation projects and help them shape the future.
Since its creation, the firm has been growing steadily based primarily on organic growth, as well as the acquisition of Headlink Partners in 2007, YKems in 2009 and Maksen in 2017. The Group aims to continue this growth in the coming years through the development of additional expertise and the acquisition of new consulting firms in France and abroad.
Would you like to develop your key accounts portfolio?
Today, more than 50 Business Developers, both men and women, build commercial relationships with our customers every day. As a Business Developer you will be in charge of the commercial relationship with key account customers and will be the main contact for their purchasing and operational needs. Your commercial responsibilities will range from delivering presentations about the firm to the signing of contracts, as well as the identification of opportunities, the steering of proposals, defenses and trade negotiations. You will prospect and retain your customers, advise them in their efforts and present the offers that meet their expectations. You will rely on the consultants recruited by our Talent Recruiters to build the best project teams. Upon arrival, you will benefit from a 3-week internal training.
Would you like to support key accounts in their digital transformation projects and guarantee the delivery provided by our consulting teams?
You will ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers, validate the smooth running of services and ensure the interface between the firm, consultants and customers. You will collaborate with Career Development managers in following your project teams throughout their mission. You will work with the experts and the Consulting Managers to familiarise them with your account strategy, identify new business opportunities, synchronise your business initiatives, and produce the best proposals for your clients.
