Beijaflore is a management consulting firm created in 2000 that today employs more than 1000 persons across Paris, Brussels, Sao Paulo and New York. Our mission is to support our customers with their digital transformation projects and help them shape the future.
Since its creation, the firm has been growing steadily based primarily on organic growth, as well as the acquisition of Headlink Partners in 2007, YKems in 2009 and Maksen in 2017. In the context of the digital revolution where cyber attacks are becoming more commonplace, the cyber threat is putting more and more pressure on companies. As a result, Executive Committees, sector regulators and legislators are increasing initiatives and security requirements for companies to observe.
Our Cyber Risk and Security Business Unit, with more than 160 people across our offices worldwide, supports more than 40 leading groups in the assessment of cyber risk and the deployment of security systems. Our activity has experienced an average growth of more than 30% since 2010.

You will help our clients establish a strong relationship with all business departments and develop an agile operational model with a high grade of expertise. You will support them in involving business sponsors, aligning security solutions with business issues, optimising efficient security processes, ensuring successful security projects and integrating security in digital projects.
