Beijaflore is a management consulting firm created in 2000 that today employs more than 1000 persons across Paris, Brussels, Sao Paulo and New York. Our mission is to support our customers with their digital transformation projects and help them shape the future.
Since its creation, the firm has been growing steadily based primarily on organic growth, as well as the acquisition of Headlink Partners in 2007, YKems in 2009 and Maksen in 2017. The Group aims to continue this growth in the coming years through the development of additional expertise and the acquisition of new consulting firms in France and abroad.

Today, 25 men and women proudly contribute to the development of our Group, sharing our daily adventure with the candidates. As a Talent Recruiter, your mission is to understand and integrate the Group’s challenges and functions, identify candidates on social networks and recruitment websites, and approach them directly. Beijaflore is also present at most school and online careers fairs, and you will have to put yourself forward to prospective candidates during these events. On arrival, you will benefit from a 6-week internal training.
Would you like to go beyond the screening of candidates and drive the recruitment process in its entirety?
At Beijaflore, your job is not limited to screening candidates and transferring their file to the operational staff. You will manage the recruitment process from A to Z, from the first interview with the candidate until the submission of the offer, and you remain their only contact. Your objective is to accompany the candidates in their reflection of their professional career and to help answer two essential questions: are we the right company and are they the right candidate?
