In 2017, the Group began a reflective study engaging its employer brand, with the aim of ensuring the alignment between the image of the Group, it’s attractiveness, the well being and loyalty of its teams. In order to better express the key points identified, Beijaflore has completely rearranged its HR and Communication organisation through the creation of a common management group called Group Community Development whose objectives are as follows: Attract and retain talent, develop potentials, and promote the Group and its individuals.
