Beijaflore is a management consulting firm created in 2000 that today employs more than 1000 persons across Paris, Brussels, Sao Paulo and New York. Our mission is to support our customers with their digital transformation projects and help them shape the future.
Since its creation, the firm has been growing steadily based primarily on organic growth, as well as the acquisition of Headlink Partners in 2007, YKems in 2009 and Maksen in 2017. The Group aims to continue this growth in the coming years through the development of additional expertise and the acquisition of new consulting firms in France and abroad.

With more than 430 employees around the world, our Business Consulting Business Unit supports our clients in the implementation of innovative business solutions and methodologies. Our activity has grown by more than 15% over the past two years. Today, more than 50 clients trust us, some of whom have been with us since the firm was created.
Our approach is based on 3 key questions:
How to adapt our customers’ business models to the challenges of digital transformation?
How to capitalise on data and use it to benefit corporate performance?
How to create agile business tools to maintain the competitiveness of our customers in a context of permanent evolution?
Would you like to be involved in projects working on the alignment of customers’ technological tools within their businesses?
Your job will be to link our customers’ business teams and IT teams. You will be involved in all stages of the transformation projects, from the brainstorming to the implementation.
You will be able to work on one of our four main areas:
Digital Experience: digital front-end design, creation and deployment of e-commerce platforms, mobile application design, customer journey optimisation, UX / UI.
Data Management: setting up data platforms (datamart, EDI) and data management tools: analytics, pricing, revenue management, web traffic, SEM / SEO. Data recovery and analysis, KPI definition.
Business Performance: optimisation / redesign of the business processes. Regulatory alignment (Bâle III, MIFID II …).
Customer Engagement: selection and implementation of CRM & customer care tools, unique customer account / database implementation & 360° vision and After Sales Service & Customer Experience Improvement
