Twice a year, our teams benefit from HR interviews to go along the activity of the past months and project the objectives for the coming ones. The firm’s entrepreneurial environment fosters responsibility and the rapid evolution of our employees in Paris, Brussels, Sao Paulo, New York, and soon in other international offices. We encourage both horizontal mobility and vertical evolution.
Growing at Beijaflore is benefiting from an agile meritocratic system that is clearly defined through six grades. It normally takes 3 years to evolve from one grade to another. Each grade is associated with increasing levels of responsibility. To go from one grade to another means having performed on the four areas of expertise of the firm:
Consulting: ability to bring the added value expected by the customer and the cabinet on delivering Business skills: ability to develop expertise on its perimeter Behaviour skills: ability to develop one’s own efficiency Business: ability to embody and implement an effective business approach (from Manager grade)
and have reached the level of maturity required for the next grade. You are evaluated on the one hand on the quality of customer delivery, and on the other hand on your participation in developing the firm: knowledge Management, business, HR ..
To strengthen your consulting skills and increase your business expertise, Beijaflore has set up a training program with multiple contents and formats: certified courses, continuing education and conferences. Knowledge Management structures complete the system by providing our clients and employees with mature and cutting edge skills across all our businesses.
