The well-being of our employees and ethics are strong challenges for the Group, that is is why many actions have been taken carried out in recent years.
Corporate Social Responsibility
As a member of the United Nations Global Compact, the Group affirms its will to defend the United Nations ten principles in the fields of human rights, international labor standards, the environment and the fight against corruption.
The application of these principles was rewarded in 2019 by the EcoVadis evaluation service, which awarded the Group the silver medal for its CSR performance. This high score rewards the Group’s policies, actions and results on a number of themes, including:
Ethics. Beijaflore became in 2016 the first French consulting firm to be ISO 27001 certified on the management of information security for all of its activities.
Fight against discrimination. The Group is also a signatory of the Diversity and Parenthood Charters, and is committed to fighting discrimination.
Well-being at work. In 2019, the proximity with our candidates and our collaborators was rewarded by obtaining the labels Happy Candidates, Happy Trainees & Happy At Work!
Although its environmental impact is naturally low because of the essentially intellectual dimension of its services, the Beijaflore Group constantly questions its operating methods in order to reduce its carbon footprint and limit waste.
Beijaflore is committed to recycling. In 2018, the Group set up a recycling solution for cups, paper, cans and plastic bottles with Les Joyeux Recycleurs. For every kilo collected, 5 cents are donated to a reintegration association. Beijaflore also recycles computer and electronic equipment, batteries, light bulbs, ink cartridges and coffee capsules.
In addition, we did some work at Beijaflore’s headquarters, which made it possible to better insulate the building and better manage the temperature of the offices. LED bulbs were installed throughout the building. To reinforce this approach, new renovation works are being implemented in 2019/2020, contributing to the modernization and improvement of building energy management.
Passing on our values and supporting young people is part of our DNA. We are proud to support teams in their projects, through the sponsorship.
Sponsorship of schools’ associations
In 2018, Beijaflore sponsored the Students’ Offices of eleven schools and supports them in organizing weekends throughout the year:

For the past eight years, we have been supporting and sponsoring ambitious young sailors. The Group has been accompanying a promising crew on the #TourVoile Diam 24 since 2017 (winner in 2019!) and has been working in parallel since 2018 with William Mathelin in Class40 (16th on the Route du Rhum 2018). The Group will accompany him for two other legendary races: the Transat Jacques Vabre in 2019 in doubles with Marc Guillemot, and the Transat in 2020 alone.
