Guy-Hubert Bourgeois – CEO
Graduated of EPSI, Guy-Hubert Bourgeois is a born entrepreneur. He began his career in a software and computing services company in 1987 as a business developer become CEO 5 years later. In 1995, he founded the consulting firm Devoteam. The company was listed on the stock exchange in October 1999, when Guy-Hubert Bourgeois was awarded the Young Information and Telecom Leadership Award. He decided to create an independent management consulting firm and returned to his entrepreneurial adventure in September 2000 with the creation of Beijaflore.
François Destanque – Managing Director
Graduated from Centrale Lyon, François Destanque is an experienced manager of high-tech high-growth companies. At IBM, Oracle and then at the head of Dataverse – IT department, he specialized in sales to major accounts and in business development. By joining Beijaflore from the beginning in 2000, he confirmed his taste for the challenge. François is more specifically in charge of the operations and the definition and the follow-up of sales orientations.

Guy-Hubert Bourgeois – President of the Board
HEC, Louis Bazire joined the BNP Paribas Group in 1977 and has served both at headquarters and in the international network in Mexico, Spain and as CEO of Belgium and Switzerland. In particular, he was responsible for the integration of Investment Banking Systems when BNP and Paribas merged. In 2007, he took over the head of Brazil and Latin America market until 2015. Based in Sao Paulo, he was twice President of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce.
Centrale Paris, Charles Beigbeder is President and Founder of the industrial and financial holding company Gravitation SAS, which invests in green growth, SME financing and the Internet. Charles Beigbeder is a renowned entrepreneur, founder of Self Trade in 1997 and Poweo in 2002. He was also a member of the Executive Council and Chairman of the MEDEF Entrepreneurship Commission, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Foundation for Innovation Politics, and National Secretary of the UMP pedagogy of the reform.
Olivier founded the Dôme business bank in 1999 (successively Dôme Close Brothers, then Close Brothers and finally DC Advisory). He was the director for almost 20 years before selling it. Since 2010, Olivier has been CEO of Compagnie d’Anjou, an investment company. Olivier Dousset is a graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and a former student of ENA.
Graduated from EAD Paris and Stanford, Thierry Drilhon joined Cisco in 2000, where he has been top executive for 12 years: CEO France, Vice-President Europe and then VP Corp. at the global level in charge of partnerships and alliances. Thierry Drilhon is one of the co-founders of the “States of France”. Former executive at Microsoft, he is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Tiaré Group.
Arnaud de Senilhes
Arnaud de Senilhes led Price Waterhouse Coopers’ TMT practice for the EMEA for 10 years. Today at the head of his own firm, he practices in the media sector, notably the cinema where he has just made the largest global financing deal for a listed French company in the field ($ 600 million) and the largest single funding ever for a single picture (€ 208 million) in the world.
